DC Polo Society
DC Polo Society, an event-based brand of DC Fray, celebrated its inaugural season in 2019, with several hundred attendees from May through August. Every last Sunday of the month was a mix of tradition and fun for the whole family. Signature cocktails, food trucks, yard games, and surprise themes were provided to keep content and programming relevant and engaging.
An estimated 700+ polo participants came out to enjoy the Sunday festivities over 5 dates from May to August.
My role for the event and campaign was to ensure success of event marketing tactics to secure registrations and attendance each month. Tactics included dedicated emails, paid social media, grassroots marketing, social media influencer promotions, and sales support through corporate outreach.
